Rayner Intraocular Lenses Limited is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Rayner Surgical GmbH, its exclusive distributor in Germany and Austria. Having its headquarters in Bamberg (Germany), the company was previously partially owned by the Rayner group.
Rayner CEO, Martin Jamieson, commented that “this acquisition would enable our well established global intraocular business to further expand Rayner direct presence in the largest cataract market in Europe."
