Darren has several years’ experience in CFO roles and running international businesses at Board level. Most recently he was at Gama Aviation, an aviation and engineering company and before that at Summit Corporation who specialise in developing drugs for muscular dystrophy and TB.

Rayner Intraocular Lenses Limited and Geuder AG, are pleased to announce the commencement of a strategic alliance in the UK on 4th October 2013.
On this date, Rayner will become the exclusive distributor of all Geuder products in England, Scotland and Wales including Fluoron Vitreo Retinal liquids and gases. Previously, Geuder also distributed products through Altomed Limited and M.I.S.S. Ophthalmics, however these products can now only be purchased through Rayner.

After enduring a decade of poor vision, 109-year-old Guo Liansheng has been given back the gift of sight by UK intraocular lens (IOL) experts, Rayner.

Before implantation of a Rayner IOL, Madam Guo struggled to detect even the vaguest light changes. Afterwards, she was able to look into her eight-month-old great-great-granddaughter’s eyes for the first time.
